Project “De Nieuwe Dokken” in the final straight line!

The final work phases of the different techniques have been recently started in the first apartments. In the meantime, the work in the underground facilities is proceeding according to plan, in order to make the backbone of this pilot project into renewable energy fully operational at the beginning of November. The houses, apartments and penthouses of the De Faar and Dek components will be delivered ready for use as from February 2020. On behalf of Spie, Wema has been taking care of the internal project coordination of this multi-technical project since the start, a future-proof neighbourhood project in which the technical lots obviously play a crucial and complex role.
